Administrative Services
As the administrative head of Mille Lacs County, the County Administrator is responsible for overall County operations management, facilities management, and personnel management.

Attorney's Office
The County Attorney is the chief prosecutor for the County and handles a variety of matters including, adult prosecution, civil matters, juvenile prosecution, and victim assistance.

Community & Veterans Services
The mission of Mille Lacs County Community and Veterans Services is to promote the health, safety, and well-being of all county residents, by providing the services, resources, and assistance necessary for residents to improve their lives.

Court Administration
The Court Administrator's Office is responsible for managing the daily administrative and support operations of the court and for processing the various cases that are filed in Mille Lacs County District Court.

Land Services
Land Services includes the functions of the County Assessor, Auditor-Treasurer, Recorder, and Zoning.

Probation Department
The Mille Lacs County Probation Office administers probation services for the Seventh Judicial District. Probation means a court-ordered sanction imposed upon an offender as an alternative to jail or in conjunction with a jail sentence.

Public Works
The Mille Lacs County Public Works Department is responsible for maintaining the County State Aid Highways (CSAHs) and County Roads (CRs), as well as the bridges on the CSAH and CR system. We are dedicated to building and maintaining a safe and cost effective roadway system for the benefit of the users.

Sheriff's Office
There are two divisions of the Sheriff's Office that dedicate most of their time supporting the officers themselves to that they can serve Mille Lacs County.
