Driveway Entrance Permit

1. Please read this before filling out a driveway entrance application Driveway Entrance and Mailbox Support Information Letter (PDF).

   2. Complete the Driveway Entrance Application online. 

   3. Online permitting instructions can be found here. 

   4. Mille Lacs County will review and approve application.

   5. An email will be sent with approved permit and returned to you.
