What is the agricultural value of a property?

Simply stated, the agricultural value of a property is the value that the land contributes to an agricultural endeavor. Due to an insufficient number of agricultural sales, the Legislature has directed the Department of Revenue to develop a fair and equitable method for determining agricultural values for each county.
